Firstly, I would like to say that I love the videos. I hope that LinuxCBT puts together more training material on other forms of Linux/Unix (preferably Sun Solaris).

As a Windows OS user I know how intimidating Linux can be. But now, with the LinuxCBT products that fear can be abolished. Your way of explaining the material is second to none. I'll tell you the truth, I own just about every other Linux/Unix training out in the market right now. They're not that informative, they don't teach you any real world tricks, not to mention they're much shorter in length and the prices are steep.

The others are more like a dry chicken breast that sat in the refrigerator for a week. LinuxCBT is more like a juicy steak right off the grill!

Dean has genuine Linux experience and it shows brilliantly! I'm delighted to see that your syllabus was well thought out.

"As a Windows and Cisco admin, I have been looking for a good CBT to delve more into Linux, the Redhat 9 series is fantastic, the content is truly excellent and covers much more than others. Well presented and building on the previous CD, they could teach the "Big boys" a thing or two.

Tricia ran around after my order and although delayed by customs I got it in about 10 days (I am in the UK). When I first expressed interest in buying the CBT, I emailed them and said that an Amex gift voucher was no use to me in the UK and that I was buying this for myself, nothing more, an email was sent back offering a good discount for a single user license. Then when my card would not process online, they phoned me up and did it manually (offereing me a free course for my trouble - I declined as I have never experienced customer service like it - though I will pay for the course when I have finished these), in fact I was so bowled over that I started to worry it was a scam - honestly, but it is not, they are just great people, with a great product, at a fantastic price.
